Vacherin Mont d’Or is a cheese dish similar to fondue,
but it is prepared by cooking the cheese in a beechwood box
with spices and white wine, served with boiled potatoes and mushrooms sautéed in a pan with
French butter, garlic, and rosemary.

Gnocco Rustico Maison Blanche
Purple potato gnocchi sautéed with butter and Parmesan cheese, served on a purée of
Concia pumpkin, walnut sauce, Blue d’Aosta mousse, and a crumble of crispy
cherry tomato flakes
Fondue Bourguignonne
Fondue bourguignonne is a specialty originating in the Aosta Valley with
French influence. You will be served lean cuts of meat, diced and
served with various sauces created by our chef.
