Vacherin Mont d’Or Chaud
Vacherin Mont d’Or is a cheese-based dish similar to fondue, but
prepared by baking the cheese in a beechwood box with spices and
white wine. It is served with boiled potatoes and mixed pickled
vegetables

Fondue bourguignonne is a specialty originating in the Aosta Valley with
French influence. You will be served lean cuts of meat, diced and
served with various sauces created by our chef.
