Cotechino and Zabaione Mousse
A surprising combination of the tasty cotechino and the sweet zabaione.

Prunes and Apple Crescent Rolls from the Aosta Valley wrapped in crispy Bacon
Delicious sweet and savory combinations, enhanced by the crispy bacon.

Vacherin Mont d’Or
Served with boiled potatoes, Saint-Marcel prosciutto crudo, sweet and sour Bon Appetit, and accompanied by raw savoy cabbage with fresh anchovy.

Polenta alla Valdostana
Soft polenta enriched with au gratin alpine Fontina cheese, as per tradition, and served with sautéed porcini mushrooms.

Fondue Bourguignonne
Meat tender bites cooked in fragrant oil, served with assorted sauces, borettane onions in a balsamic glaze, and fennel carpaccio with caramelized oranges and pumpkin seeds.

Homemade Dessert
A sweet end of meal, to the scent of  the mountains.

Coppa dell’Amicizia Valdostana
A convivial toast with the traditional Aosta Valley drink, perfect for sharing the warmth of the evening

The evening menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes, rich in the genuine flavors of mountain cuisine, celebrating the traditions and culture of the alpine region

A dinner at high altitude always has its appeal, even more so when accompanied by an adventurous snowcat ride!

Leave it to us! Your experience begins and ends in front of the ski school, with an exciting snowcat transport service!

We are open on Friday and Saturday evenings and during holidays every day. Call us and reserve your table!

If you are a group we are happy to open the door for dinner during the week as well!
